By accessing our app, EZ Tape Call Recorder, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Your continued use of the Services after we amend this Agreement will signify your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing EZ Tape Call Recorder. The materials contained in EZ Tape Call Recorder are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Our Privacy Policy will tell you how we collect, use and disclose information from our users. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to be subject to our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge and agree that we may amend the terms of this Agreement from time to time. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means. You acknowledge that a text or in-app message which notifies you of such changes shall constitute reasonable means. You agree to check this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes to the Agreement. If you don’t agree to be bound by the modified Terms, then you may not use the Services anymore.
A description of features associated with Subscriptions is available via the Services. If you choose to purchase a Subscription via the Services, you agree (a) to pay the applicable fees and any taxes; (b) if you purchase via the App, charge your account with the app store or distribution platform (like the Apple App Store or Google Play) where the App is made available; and (c) to bear any additional charges that your App Provider, bank or other financial service provider may levy on you as well as any taxes or fees that may apply to your subscription.
We may provide a free trial period during which you can use all features of the Services for a limited period of time. You acknowledge and agree that your free-trial subscription will automatically renew as a paid subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
All amounts are payable and charged. For monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the beginning of the subscription and, because each such subscription renews automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it, at the time of each renewal until you cancel. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period. If you purchase your Subscription via the Site, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time by contacting us by email at support@eztape.app.
If you purchase your Subscription via an App Provider, you can cancel the renewal of your subscription with the App Provider. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period and you will continue to receive the Services until the end of your current Subscription period.
EZ Tape Call Recorder reserves the right to not process or to cancel your subscription in certain circumstances, for example, if your credit card is declined, if we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances EZ Tape Call Recorder deems appropriate in its sole discretion. EZ Tape Call Recorder also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in connection with your order. EZ Tape Call Recorder will either not charge you or refund the charges that we do not process or cancel.
EZ Tape Call Recorder reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and EZ Tape Call Recorder will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to EZ Tape Call Recorder’s pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section “Automatically Renewal and Cancellation”.
We reserve the right to add or remove features or functions to the Services at any time. When installed on your mobile device, the Apps periodically communicate with our servers. We may require the updating of the Apps on your mobile device when we release a new version or when we make new features available. This update may occur automatically or upon prior notice to you, and may occur all at once or over multiple sessions. You understand that we may require your review and acceptance of our then-current Agreement before you will be permitted to use any subsequent versions of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that any obligation we may have to support previous versions of the Services may be ended upon the availability of updates, supplements or subsequent versions of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to make available to you any updates, supplements or subsequent versions of the Service.
These terms shall be construed by the laws of different countries without any regard to its conflict of laws. Our failure to enforce any rights or provisions will not be considered as a waiver of these rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
In no event shall Trivia Tribe LLP or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use EZ Tape Call Recorder, even if Trivia Tribe LLP or a Trivia Tribe LLP authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. You shall not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable purpose of any kind, including but not limited to any purpose that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law. IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIVIA TRIBE LLP BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH LOCAL, STATE, FEDERAL OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS.
The materials appearing in EZ Tape Call Recorder could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Trivia Tribe LLP does not warrant that any of the materials on EZ Tape Call Recorder are accurate, complete or current. Trivia Tribe LLP may make changes to the materials contained in EZ Tape Call Recorder at any time without notice. However Trivia Tribe LLP does not make any commitment to update the materials.
With our app, we aim to be able to deliver optimum services to you. The Services and App may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links only as a convenience and are not responsible for the content, products or services on or available from those websites or resources or links displayed on such websites. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from, your use of any third-party websites or resources.
